I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process and start from a place of empathy and genuine curiosity. I’m deeply passionate about client- centred, trauma informed work with people who want to create positive change in their lives.

As a neurodivergent woman I have lived experience of mental health supports that problematise rather than affirm. I strive to empower my clients so that  they can work towards improvements in relationships, nervous system regulation and develop a greater capacity to cope with stress and the ongoing impact of trauma. I am particularly passionate about working with children aged 3 to 12, women, queer folk and people from diverse communities.

I have 15 years experience as a social worker and hold a Master of Social Work and a PhD. I have also undertaken additional training in family violence support, family therapy, narrative therapy, Theraplay, single session thinking, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.

I live in Albury-Wodonga with my partner and three children who mean everything to me. In my spare time, I enjoy practising yoga, pilates and hanging out with animals great and small.
